Some products are delivered instantly, while others are printed and shipped through Amazon or our print‑on‑demand providers. By purchasing from Sister’s Well, you acknowledge that items may arrive separately, on different timelines, and through different carriers.

Digital ministry kits are delivered immediately after purchase through Shopify’s secure digital‑delivery system. These kits include worksheets, facilitator tools, retreat materials, certificates, and discipleship resources intended for personal use, church use, small‑group gatherings, and ministry settings. Digital products are non‑refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience any issues receiving your files, please reach out and we will ensure you receive your materials. Redistribution, resale, uploading the files publicly, or sharing the digital kit outside your ministry context is not permitted. For churches or ministries seeking extended licensing or multi‑group usage, please contact us for expanded permissions.

Books, journals, guides, and discipleship materials are fulfilled through Amazon KDP. When you purchase a book through our store, you will be redirected to Amazon to complete your order. Amazon handles printing, shipping, delivery timelines, and returns according to their policies. Sister’s Well does not print or ship books directly, and all book‑related refunds or delivery questions must be handled through Amazon’s customer support system.

Apparel and merchandise are printed and shipped by our print‑on‑demand partners. Each item is created at the time of purchase, which means production and shipping times may vary. Because these items are custom‑printed, returns are only accepted for misprints, defects, or production errors. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue. Standard returns for sizing or preference are not available for print‑on‑demand items.
