The Story Begins With a Well
Before Sister’s Well was a ministry, it was a moment — the kind that doesn’t announce itself, the kind that arrives quietly and rearranges the interior of a life. A moment where God made it clear that discipleship was never meant to be complicated, performative, or reserved for the spiritually elite. It was meant to be water — offered freely, drawn daily, shared generously.
Sister’s Well was born from that conviction:
that spiritual formation should feel like coming to a well,
not climbing a ladder.
It began with one woman’s desire to help people grow in ways that were real, embodied, and sustainable — not through pressure, but through presence. Not through striving, but through staying. Not through information alone, but through transformation.
And now, it exists for anyone who is thirsty.

Why Everything Is Free
The gospel is free.
Formation should be too.
Our digital discipleship resources — including full study kits, leader guides, and the 10‑week discipleship track in English and Spanish — are offered at no cost because spiritual growth should never be gated by finances. This resources is available for any church or ministry to download around the world!
Churches, groups, and individuals can use our materials without licensing fees, subscriptions, or paywalls. This is part of our calling: to remove barriers so the Word can do its work. To build and equip.

Our Founder
Sister’s Well was created by someone who has lived many lives — realtor, massage therapist, creative, builder, entrepreneur, group leader— and who has learned that God does His deepest work in the quiet places, the hidden places, the places no one applauds as an obedient servant.
Her calling is to help others grow without pressure, without pretense, and without the weight of “doing discipleship right.” To help people see that fruit grows slowly, quietly, and beautifully — and that the Spirit is patient with us.
Her story is woven into every resource, but the ministry is not built around her.
It is built around the Well.
