Sister’s Well operates across multiple fulfillment channels, which means different products follow different return rules. Digital ministry kits are non‑refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they contain instantly delivered files. Books and journals are fulfilled through Amazon KDP and follow Amazon’s return and refund policies. Apparel and merchandise are printed on demand and may only be returned in cases of misprints, defects, or production errors. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue. Because items may arrive separately and through different carriers, each product type follows the return policy of its respective fulfillment partner.
